C.N. Ram joined Warburg Pincus as an Advisor in 2015 to provide technology oversight for their IT investments across portfolios. He brings over 35 years of experience in Banks, Manufacturing and BPO industries. He holds expertise across multiple domains,  including strategic planning, technology operations, business transformation, ERP implementations, and process outsourcing initiatives in India.

He enjoys setting up IT systems from scratch and scaling them to world class standards. He has worked closely with RBI on various projects creating a significant impact on the banking industry like IDRBT, ReBIT, Cheque Truncation, NPCI, etc.
