As the Chief Product Officer at Perfios, Krishna Chaitanya develops industry defining financial innovations, serving the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry in 18 countries. He is responsible for expanding the Perfios product suite, delivering business growth and above all, ensure that our customers can deliver seamless digital experiences.

In his previous roles he has owned the lending product and exponentially scaled the lending businesses of both Paytm and Flipkart. He has built bespoke loan management, origination, collection, integration and risk management platforms which are operating at one of the highest scales in Indian digital consumer space. He has also built alternate credit underwriting models which allowed the rapid scaling of BNPL at Flipkart.

He was also the founding member of India’s first account aggregation and personal finance management solution – Aditya Birla MyUniverse; the same concept has today matured into Account
Aggregation.

He is highly passionate about Fintech and has spent more than one and a half decade building Fintech businesses from scratch, across PFM, Lending, Insurance and Stock Trading.

He is an engineer from NIT, Surathkal and has done his MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
