(1) I hereby confirm that am a major and a resident of India and I have read, and I hereby accept the Privacy Policy of Perfios available at www.perfios.com/privacy.

(2) I hereby expressly consent to and authorise Perfios (whether in automated manner or otherwise), to do and undertake any of the following and for the following purposes, in relation my bank account and financial information, bank account statements, details of bank account transactions, customer ID, log in credentials, internet banking credentials including internet banking ID and password and any other personal data and/or sensitive personal data and information (collectively referred to as “Information”):

1. i) to scrape, collect or extract the Information from physical or online sources including by accessing the same from my internet banking, bank account statements, other sources such as credit information companies, information utilities, websites, data bases and online platforms (whether public or not):
2. ii) to process and analyse my Information whether by itself or in conjunction with any other information/ data that Perfios may have or derive including to create summaries, results, reports such as credit appraisal reports, derive scores such as credit risk scores, perform fraud checks and/or generate financial insights (“Reports”);

(3) I hereby expressly authorize Perfios to act for and on my behalf for accessing, collecting or verifying the Information including by using my log in ID, cust ID, password credentials and internet banking credentials on third party platforms including internet banking portals of banks;

(4) I hereby expressly agree to and authorize Perfios to share the Information and Reports with HDFC Bank Limited (“Bank”), for the consumption, use, processing and storage by the Bank and its service providers, without any further act, deed or writing on my behalf.

(5) I hereby expressly agree and acknowledge that the Bank may retain, preserve, store, use, erase the Information and Reports, as per Bank’s discretion including for determining my eligibility for the products/ services being applied/ requested for or for a period beyond the same as may be required by the Bank for any regulatory/legal/ evidentiary purposes.

(6) I hereby expressly agree and acknowledge that the Bank has no control over the services offered by Perfios and the Bank or its representatives and affiliates, shall not be held responsible for any and all losses. damages, liabilities, suits, claims, counterclaims, actions, penalties and expenses (including any stamp duty. attorney’s fees and court costs and any expenses) in relation to the unauthorised access, collection. processing, disclosure and sharing of the Information and Reports by Perfios as mentioned in (i) and (ii) above and Perfios shall be solely responsible for all such access, collection, processing, disclosure and sharing of my Information and Reports or any misuse thereof by Perfios or any of its employees or service providers or any other person.
